KPM is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.

This full-time role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our residential properties. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our residents.

Responsibilities:

+ Perform routine maintenance and repair work including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.

+ Respond promptly and effectively to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.

+ Assist with apartment make-ready tasks between residents.

+ Conduct regular inspections of property facilities and equipment.

+ Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory in good condition.

+ Collaborate with team members and property management to ensure maintenance goals are met.
