Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on machinery.
• Oversee the overall condition of facilities (electrical, hydraulic, and structural systems) and ensure proper maintenance, including both interior and exterior areas.
• Install and configure new equipment.
• Track and report departmental KPIs.
• Perform maintenance on doors and loading ramps.
• Perform maintenance and inspections of fire extinguishers.
• Detect and resolve equipment failures quickly and effectively.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, replaced parts, and repair times.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools.
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget.
• Request and evaluate quotes when necessary.
