**Job Description**

This role focuses on configuring, setting up, operating, and troubleshooting automated production equipment, with a strong emphasis on maintaining high levels of safety, quality, and equipment reliability. The Maintenance / Automation Technician performs regular inspections, replaces wear parts, and supports production goals by minimizing downtime and improving process efficiency on complex automatic cable assembly equipment.
