Seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of plastic injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. You will play a key part in ensuring equipment runs efficiently while supporting lean manufacturing initiatives and maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Dismantle machines for inspection, troubleshooting, and repair.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance in accordance with schedules.
Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot and repair complex systems.
Respond quickly to maintenance issues during production with effective solutions.
