**Your Team & Your Role**

As a Maintenance Technician, you are part of a skilled maintenance team responsible for keeping advanced manufacturing equipment operating safely, reliably, and efficiently. Your work directly supports production, quality, and employee safety—ensuring our farmers receive dependable equipment.
