Waste Connections is looking for a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to help lead our team in Wichita, KS! This role is a developmental position with the goal of promotion into a Fleet Manager position.

Position Responsibilities:

+ This is a 1st and 2nd shift position.
+ Split time equally between 1st and 2nd shift. 26 weeks on each respective shift opposite of their co- supervisor.
+ The time working on 2nd shift will be directly leading the team during daily work orders, preventative maintenance and all items related to team and equipment.
+ Ensure adequate training of mechanics on all shifts.
+ Assign, review and ensure proper completion of repair orders by all technicians, this will be done daily utilizing RTA and other tracking methods.
+ Provides Training and assists Mechanics on methods for diagnosing and repairing vehicles and equipment.
