We are currently seeking a **Maintenance Supervisor** to join our team. The Maintenance Supervisor will be part of the leadership team for our manufacturing plant. This leader will work on a day shift and will help to cover as required by the needs of the plant.

+ **Base Salary:** $115,331 - $131,251, this role is eligible for an annual bonus
+ **Location:** This role is based in Taunton, MA (onsite), where a new facility is expected to be completed in October 2026. In the interim, the position will temporarily report to Framingham, MA for a few months, followed by Norton, MA, until the Taunton facility is fully operational.
