+ Ensure all activities meet or exceed safety protocols. Implement and review safety policies and standards.
+ Ensure timely installation and upkeep of equipment and systems for operational effectiveness and efficiency
+ Assign technicians based on operational requirements, prioritizing based on urgency, and availability of resources, materials and equipment
+ Manage, lead, mentor, train and supervise department team members including all personnel decisions, key metrics, and performance.
