Performs daily maintenance of the resorts electrical systems, equipment,

plumbing, and painting.

• Prioritises daily and weekly tasks according to operational needs.

• Maintains the asset register and plans for the disposal and repair of assets.

• Manages assets in line with service level guarantees and ensures the delivery of

maintenance service contracts. Addresses any issues of non-delivery promptly.

• Prepares monthly payments to service providers and submit them to finance for
