**Job Description**

The **Maintenance Supervisor** is responsible for leading daily maintenance operations within a fast-paced **manufacturing environment** . This role oversees a skilled trades team, ensuring all facility systems are maintained safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to production.

This position works a **primary shift of 7:00 AM ? 3:30 PM** and requires **on-call availability after hours and weekends for emergency support** .

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Supervise and actively support **building and facilities maintenance** , including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and **plumbing systems** .
+ Plan, schedule, and assign work to maintenance staff, ensuring productivity and high-quality results.
+ Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with **OSHA safety standards** .
