Position Overview
Job Scope Responsible for overseeing maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations across company facilities. Manages contractors (Maintenance & Reliability and construction providers), drives performance against safety, cost, and quality targets, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and supervise maintenance teams to deliver safe and high-quality work execution
- Ensure compliance with SSHE standards (Safety, Security, Health & Environment) for employees and contractors
- Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance activities to ensure asset reliability
- Support small projects and Turnarounds (T/A) when required
- Implement M&R standards, Best Practices, and permitting processes
- Participate in Risk Based Work Selection (RBWS) for resource optimisation
- Manage contractor performance, including safety monitoring, evaluation, and onboarding
