Take all actions necessary for the adequate control and/or elimination of hazards in the workplace, including detailed investigations for all safety incidents and near misses.
Provide support, direction, coaching and training to the teams for all health and safety issues.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory health and safety requirements.
Facilitate and participate in health and safety training on all new and existing programs.
Assume role of Incident Commander during emergencies, including ERT responsibilities.
Lead and reinforce safe work practices within the team(s), including Good Manufacturing Practices and 5S.
Review safety incidents weekly and execute CAPAs.
