Unique opportunity for a driven and experienced Maintenance Supervisor or Planner to join our high-performing team on a permanent basis, overseeing the day-to-day maintenance planning and execution across our Lysterfield & Montrose quarries.

You will be reporting through to the Lysterfield Quarry Manager while providing support to the Montrose team, this dynamic and diverse role will oversee the maintenance of fixed and mobile plants at both quarry’s, ensuring all permits for contractors on site are accurate and complete and supervising all trade and maintenance work and ensuring they are completed correctly.

You’ll play a crucial role in optimising plant and equipment performance while ensuring compliance with safety standards and adherence to Boral's OH&S, Environmental, and Quality Standards.
