Description

As a maintenance supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance staff, prioritizing work, and assigning work requests. You will be manage the flow of work, evaluate the performance of maintenance staff, order necessary materials, coordinate sub-contractors, and provide support to the Director of Building and Grounds for all capital projects. You will report to the Director of Building and Grounds. You will work onsite.

Responsibilities:


+ Manage the daily operations of the maintenance department. Manage full time, part time, temporary and summer help. Oversee all seasonal work such as summer lawn cutting, winter snow removal and pool maintenance.
