JOB DESCRIPTION: St Croix Falls Comforts of Home Senior Living

JOB TITLE: Maintenance- Part Time

RESPONSIBLE TO: Regional Director

JOB SUMMARY:

Performs a variety of maintenance duties in buildings and on grounds so that a clean and safe environment is maintained for residents, staff and visitors. Repairs and services appliances and equipment used in the building as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:


+ CBRF certification in Fire Safety, First Aid/Choking and Infection Control is required within 90 days of employment

+ Orientation will be done by the Property Manager and/or designee.

+ Basic knowledge of plumbing, heat/cooling systems, electrical and mechanical items.

+ Have good and reliable attendance.

+ Have caring disposition towards residents and families.

+ Must work collaboratively and with a positive attitude with co-workers and management.
