**Job Title: Maintenance Scheduler**
**Job Description**
This role coordinates and schedules maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), ensuring that work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and material orders are processed accurately and on time. The Maintenance Scheduler supports the maintenance team by planning work, managing parts and tools, and maintaining accurate records to keep operations running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**

+ Screen work requests and clarify expectations with requestors in a timely manner, in alignment with department standards.
+ Manage and prioritize work orders within the CMMS to ensure accurate planning and execution of maintenance activities.
+ Perform initial scheduling of preventive maintenance (PM) tasks on a monthly basis and follow up to ensure the PM schedule is fully completed according to department standards.
