Position Summary
Indoor Environmental Services (IES) is expanding its commercial sales group and is seeking additional Maintenance Sales Representatives to support continued growth across Northern California. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new commercial HVAC services and maintenance business within assigned territories.
Junior level applicants are highly encouraged to apply! IES is open to investing in and developing new talent. Prior experience with outside sales fields such as solar sales, insurance, pest control, or uniform services would be advantageous, but not required.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a consultative sales approach, strong business insight, and the ability to build trusted relationships with commercial decision-makers.
