**Maintenance Plumbing Technician**

**Job Duties**

+ Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and components across Crown buildings.
+ Assist with installation and maintenance of electrical systems (110V–480V).
+ Diagnose facility issues, source or fabricate parts, and complete repairs efficiently.
+ Support other Facilities team members as needed and maintain organized, clean work areas (5S).
