The Maintenance Planning Coordinator manages the proactive planning, scheduling, and coordination of university maintenance activities and assets within Facilities Management (FM) to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. The role minimizes disruption to academic, research, and campus operations while optimizing asset reliability, preventative maintenance performance, and lifecycle outcomes.
