Position Overview

Shaw Industries is seeking a highly organized and proactive Maintenance Planner to support our 24/7 resilient manufacturing facility in Ringgold, GA, playing a key role in maximizing equipment reliability and overall plant performance. In this role, you will plan and schedule maintenance work, kit and stage parts, coordinate contractors, and manage priorities across a complex operation that includes extrusion, coating, die cutting, profiling, packaging, and critical utility systems. You will partner closely with maintenance, operations, and safety teams to ensure work is executed efficiently, safely, and with minimal downtime, while also driving continuous improvement through optimized preventive maintenance strategies, CMMS utilization, and data-driven decision making.
