Responsibilities
Improve workforce productivity and quality through planning and coordinating labor, spare parts to repair equipment. Coordinate equipment downtime.
Communicate with Ops and Maintenance on expectations of work before equipment is taken down for service. Identify a problem, plan the task, schedule and allocate resources and ensure the task is done correctly.
- Embed PeMM every day and ensure compliance and self‑audits are performed
- Develop an optimized maintenance work plan with defined and documented processes
- Develop appropriate routine maintenance schedules
- Ensure accurate data and document control
- Communicate and train maintenance and production personnel on maintenance procedures
