*Job Location:* Hershey, PA *Summary: * The Hershey Company West Hershey plant is a Union plant producing products such as White & Dark Paste, Kisses, Nuggets, Milk Bars, Almond Bars, Rolo, Syrup & Cookies and Crème in a high-speed complex environment. The Reliability/Maintenance Planner is responsible for the effective planning, coordinating, and scheduling of maintenance work, by ensuring work-plans include the necessary detail, labor allocation, parts and equipment availability, to ensure the most efficient execution of work. This position will collaborate with the Reliability Lead to establish new and improve existing routine preventive and predictive maintenance activities, as well as manage spare part inventory levels for plant assets. The Reliability Planner will also evaluate and assess equipment reliability data, to identify and implement plan improvements.
