We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Planner to join our growing glasshouse operations team.
This role is responsible for developing maintenance strategies, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring all plant and site equipment operates efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative and corrective maintenance plans for glasshouse equipment and infrastructure.
• Schedule, coordinate, and monitor maintenance activities across the site.

• Liaise with technicians, contractors, and operational staff to minimise downtime and improve productivity.
