As the full-time Maintenance Person / Handyman you will take responsibility for resolving any home maintenance concerns promptly, ensuring that the care home is a clean and well-maintained environment. You will have a working knowledge of building systems and related regulatory requirements including basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry work, weekly and monthly checks, equipment repairs and legionella flushing.
