About the role

We are currently seeking a maintenance person to join the team on a fixed-term part-time basis (20 hours per week). You will provide general handy person services to our residents at our Mangawhai Village - The Tides. You will assist with the overall maintenance and enjoy a jack of all trades type position. As this is a new village, there will be a range of duties to support the Villiage Manager, these could include cleaning, window washing, collecting morning teas for example, along with overall general maintenance. You will also be a 'first responder' on call for any resident emergencies - for this reason, living close to the village will be a requirement.

On offer is 6-month fixed term position - Sun -Thurs (20 hours per week)
