We are seeking a reliable and hands‑on Handyperson / Maintenance Operative to join a friendly team in a well‑established care home.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general building maintenance and repairs.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and decorating works.
• Conduct routine health & safety and compliance checks.
• Maintain the external grounds and communal areas.
• Liaise with external contractors where required.
• Ensure maintenance issues are resolved efficiently and safely.

Essential Qualifications

• Previous experience within a maintenance, facilities, or handyperson role.
