We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operative to join our team, providing maintenance support across two of our care homes based in Ascot and Uxbridge. The rotation pattern between the two sites will be discussed with the hiring team during the interview process.

Responsibilities:


+ Maintaining the building and equipment

+ out routine checks weekly, monthly, and annually on systems in the home and ensuring that external checks are carried out within the agreed timeframe – e.g Loler testing

+ Monitor and respond to the fire alarm call, boilers and lift.
