**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**

Manages the installation, repair, upkeep and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems and preventive maintenance for all buildings and grounds, facilities, equipment and fire suppression systems for the Distribution Center. May also supervise DC housekeeping or provide maintenance services for retail facilities.

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

+ Experience interacting with senior management. Comfortable with briefing and creating reports to management in a timely manner.
+ Experience in team building, payroll management and performance management (annual reviews, corrective action, promotions, and training).
+ Experience setting up and managing both routine and preventative maintenance programs. This includes utilizing maintenance management software.
+ Experience managing critical parts inventory to include experience with parts cage software.
