Maintenance Mechanical Supervisor

Our client in the FMCG sector is looking for a Maintenance Mechanical Supervisor to join their team based in Port Elizabeth.

Duties & Responsibilities

Experience and Qualifications:

• Grade 12
• Diesel Mechanic Trade Test Certificate
• 3 - 5 years’ experience working as an artisan.
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Own transport
• Knowledge of mechanical maintenance and related universal best practices.
• Knowledge of legislative and industry protocols and regulations that apply in maintenance.

Duties:

• Regular inspections on equipment to identify hazards, defects or need for repair.
• Complete equipment checks sheets as per manufacturers requirements.
• Capacity to take initiative on all projects.
• Complete projects in the expected time frame.
