Serves as a Maintenance Mechanic performing a variety of carpentry, plumbing, painting, and related trades, and crafts work in maintaining and repairing buildings, structures, and related fixtures, equipment, and mold remediation and documentation.

**Responsibilities**

+ Carpentry: Checks and corrects minor deficiencies in exterior, interior, roofs, buildings, and structures. Performs repairs that require accurate fitting, structural soundness, and neat appearance. Repairs/adjusts a variety of items such as doors, assuring the proper plumb, opening and closing, door hinges, latches, handles, bolts, strikers, keepers, closures, and other hardware; windowpanes, sashes, frames, tracks, and runners; wood and tile floors; cracked, broken, missing, or leaking roofs and interior walls, partitions, decorative trim, display cases, and bulletin boards.
