This maintenance mechanic role ensures the reliable operation of all rubber manufacturing equipment, including mixing, weighing, conveying, and auxiliary systems. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment uptime, safety, and product quality. This position plays a key role in maintaining consistent production throughput and product integrity in a demanding rubber manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mixers, mills, conveyors, dust collection systems, hydraulic presses, and other plant machinery.
