**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic**
**Job Description**
This role supports a custom cabinet component manufacturing plant by ensuring all production machinery operates safely, reliably, and with minimal downtime. The Maintenance Mechanic performs preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment, troubleshoots issues as they arise, and works closely with production to keep operations running smoothly on a primarily four-day workweek schedule.

**Responsibilities**

+ Support production by ensuring all machinery is properly maintained and operating with no or minimal interruption to production flow.
+ Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment and complete all required maintenance documentation accurately and on time.
