**Description**

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Maintains the safe operation and maintenance of building facilities and has a proven competency in one of the following areas; electrical/wiring, mechanical/HVAC systems, plumbing/pipefitting or Plant Operations/Stationary Engineer.
+ Repairs and adjusts doors, windows, closures, panic devices and locks. Patches holes, install...
