• $25.17 per hour, 40 hours/ week, M-F 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.

Mechanic III Responsibilities:

•   Perform unskilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks on buildings, apartments, grounds, and equipment.


• Works under supervision of an employee of higher grade who assigns duties and reviews work effectiveness and conformance to instructions.  Mandatory snow removal and other on-call duties.

Qualifications:

• General knowledge of building maintenance.


• Ability to read and understand written instructions.  Ability to follow oral instructions.
• Ability to deal effectively with other co-workers...
