We are seeking a **Maintenance Mechanic II G10** to perform a wide range of general maintenance jobs (including high voltage motors) which may include specialized or difficult jobs. Repairs, maintains, and inspects machines, mechanical equipment, and buildings. Works on plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning and heating systems. Performs painting and carpentry jobs.

**Specific Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Repairs, adjusts or replaces structural parts of buildings, office and laboratory furniture/apparatus such as doors, windows, partitions, ceilings, floors, roofs, animal cages, cabinets, including door checks, locking devices, and hinges.
