Summary This position is located at the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System (GCVHCS), Engineering Service, Biloxi, MS. The primary function of this position includes journeyman plumbing including carpentry, electric, painting, and general maintenance skills. Mechanics service and repair building and related fixtures on an emergency type basis, requiring the use of trade practices associated with occupations in the mechanical, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and associated trades.
