**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic**

**Job Description**

Maintain and repair production equipment to keep the plant running efficiently. Focus on safety, minimizing downtime, and performing regular maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Follow all safety rules, including lockout/tagout (LOTO)
+ Troubleshoot and fix equipment issues quickly
+ Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
+ Repair or replace electrical and mechanical parts
+ Use tools like multimeters to diagnose problems
+ Order parts and coordinate with vendors when needed
+ Complete and manage work orders (including emergency repairs)
+ Perform daily maintenance and inspections
+ Help lead maintenance work during shutdowns
+ Document repairs and update schematics/drawings
+ Service pumps, boilers, piping, and other equipment
+ Assist with small equipment installs and improvements
