We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team in the sectional title/estate management industry in Somerset West, Cape Town. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations within the sectional title/estate properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and functional at all times.

Requirements:
