Position Maintenance Manager
Location Tuas West, Singapore
Salary $3,200 – $4,200 per month
Job Description - Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure optimal performance of factory equipment and utilities
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimise downtime and improve machine reliability
- Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and equipment failures across production lines
- Oversee maintenance of key plant utilities including air compressors, chillers, dryers, and auxiliary systems
- Analyse equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reduce maintenance costs
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely maintenance without disrupting operations
