We have a position available for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team to oversee and optimize the maintenance operations in a Manufacturing Facility

• Millwright Qualification
• 10 Years within the Manufacturing Industry
• Extensive knowledge of Plant Production, operations and maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule and oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring the plant operates at optimal efficiency
• Manage the budget, procurement and inventory of spare parts
• Collaborate with the operation and production teams
• Maintain compliance with health & safety and environmental regulations
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
