Kichton Construction LP. (KCLP) is a Fort McMurray-based heavy civil entity within the Kichton Group of Companies, operating since 2019 to serve the energy and mining industries across North America. The company has grown from 30 employees and 30 heavy equipment pieces to more than 400 staff and 300 pieces of equipment, partnering with the Chipewyan Prairie First Nation through the NOHA/Kichton joint venture.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance arm of our business, which includes our vehicle fleet, heavy equipment, and rentals. This full‑time position reports to the Fort McMurray Area Manager.
