Maintenance Manager

You know how to maintain a building and the equipment in it. You also understand the importance of hospitality and how to train and supervise a team to deliver on the promise of “all things in working order”. You are in charge of the Maintenance/Engineering Department’s success.

• Be a Point Person – manage the maintenance/engineering department, selecting, training, and overseeing staff responsible for building structure, fixtures, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and grounds. Support a safe, secure, and comfortable guest environment.
• Walk the Talk – inspect areas daily, train the team when standards are not met, prioritize asset protection for investors, owners, guests, and coworkers.
• Be a Leader – create an engaging environment that encourages talented people to join, learn, excel, and advance.
• Be the Manager on Duty – oversee operations as required.
