County Fair, a division of Astral Operations Ltd. has an opportunity for a seasoned Maintenance Manager based at the Abattoir in Klipheuwel in the Western Cape.

The overall purpose of the Maintenance Manager role is to co-ordinate, coach and control the activities of maintenance teams in the production and process environment and to provide specialist technical advice to ensure maximum equipment availability. This includes managing all aspects of the maintenance department (mechanical and electrical) including the Engineering Store. The incumbent must understand the Occupational Health and Safety Act and be willing to accept general machinery regulations 2.7 legal appointment.
