This leadership role reports to the Plant Manager and is responsible for directing maintenance resources across a large, complex manufacturing operation that supports 24/7 production. The Maintenance Manager will provide technical leadership for mechanical and electrical systems, drive reliability and preventive maintenance initiatives, oversee contractors and internal maintenance teams, and support plant performance through improved up-time and equipment effectiveness.
