**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor – Day Shift**

**Job Description**

This role oversees day-shift maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, effective work order management, and safe operations in a complex manufacturing environment. The position focuses on planning and scheduling maintenance, optimizing preventive maintenance programs, coordinating parts and vendors, and supporting continuous improvement across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

**Responsibilities**

+ Receive, prioritize, and schedule maintenance work orders to ensure timely completion of critical tasks.
+ Track the progress of maintenance work orders and communicate status updates clearly to the maintenance and operations teams.
