Fundamental Objective: Responsible for the company's maintenance program. Ensures proper working condition of a variety of equipment within the production department, including but not limited to, pre-processing, processing, packaging, and shipping with a focus on safety. Supervises maintenance personnel, 3rd party contractors, establishes priorities in schedules in both preventive and reactive maintenance, shapes critical parts inventories, builds maintenance SOPs, and interacts with regulatory bodies including APCD, OSHA, and Bakersfield City. V. Level of Supervision Required: Minimal VI. Level of Supervision Expected with Direct Reports: Moderate - Heavy VII.
