What you'll do

The primary purpose of the Maintenance Lead position is to assist the Director of Environmental Services by coordinating and participating in the operations of the Maintenance Department.
+ Perform maintenance tasks to assure the safety of the residents, employees, and visitors on the premises. Tasks include but are not limited to disposal of wastes, removal of snow, ice and sand from the parking lots, sidewalks, and entrance ways, maintenance of electrical, mechanical and plumbing fixtures.
