**Maintenance Lead**

+ Distribute and monitor the flow of work for Maintenance Workers
+ Provide training and technical assistance to assigned workers
+ Assist supervisor in ensuring that assigned employees are provided with appropriate resources, materials, and methods
+ Maintain an ongoing preventative maintenance program
+ Repair and maintain kitchen, housekeeping, and all other mechanical equipment
+ Inspect and repair all damages to hallways, walls, ceilings, floors, roofs, and rooms
