The Maintenance Invoice Specialist is responsible for the timely, accurate, and compliant processing of maintenance and repair invoices. This role ensures that all Service Pro and refrigeration invoices are reviewed, validated, and processed within defined SLA timelines while supporting operational efficiency and financial accuracy.

The specialist will work closely with MAPS, vendors, and internal stakeholders to reduce invoice backlog, resolve discrepancies, and maintain service quality standards. The role will also contribute to operational reporting, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
