**Maintenance HVAC Technician**

**Job Duties**

+ Perform basic and complex electrical/HVAC maintenance related tasks and know the proper technical requirements and methods needed to complete these tasks.
+ Install and maintain all Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems.
+ Locate and correct all HVAC problems.
+ Find, order, or make parts required to fix problems.
+ Change and maintain all air filters in HVAC equipment.
+ Use refrigerant recovery recycling equipment to reclaim refrigerant.
